Das freie Zimmer (ca. 18-20 m) liegt zur Straßenseite raus. Skalitzer Str., Kreuzberg, Vorderhaus, 4 Stock, unsanierter Altbau, Ofenheizung: Kachelofen. Miete pro Monat warm 330 euro+1x im Jahr Kohle für Winter ca. 500kg pro Person). Kaution 2x Miete .
Das Zimmer hat 2 Fenster, einen tollen Blick über die Bahn und geht nach Norden raus. Da der Kachelofen die einzige Wärmequelle ist, suchen wir jemanden, der gute Erfahrungen mit Kachelöfen hat oder zumindest die Umstände in Kauf nimmt. Bad und Küche sind vielleicht nicht auf dem neusten Stand, dafür sehr praktisch, wohnlich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick.
Mitten im Ghetto - die Verkehrslage ist sehr gut. Der U-Bahnhof Görlitzer Bahnhof ist 50 meter entfernt.

Wir (Piotr 50 J., Tomek 39 J. und Karo 35 J.) kommen aus Polen und Deutschland. Wir haben einen alternativen Hintergrund. Tomek ist Industrie-Kletterer, ich arbeite als Assistent für Menschen mit Behinderung und war bis Corona international als Koch tätig. Karo ist Sprechbildnerin am Theater. Yoga, Outdoor-Aktivitäten, Apnoetauchen, Birdwatching, Kajak und Radfahren, internationales Kochen, gute Filme und guter Ton, gute Bücher: das sind unsere Interessen. Wir suchen eine freundliche, zuverlässige, tolerante Mitbewohnerin für ein unkompliziertes Zusammenwohnen. Das WG-Leben ist eher fließend, mal sehen wir uns und quatschen, mal sehen wir uns nicht; dennoch leben wir nicht aneinander vorbei und das ist uns wichtig.
Das Zimmer ist ab Juli zu vermieten.
