Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und hat viele Pflanzen. Ich wäre sehr dankbar wenn sie gegossen werden :) Wir fänden es sehr gut wenn wir eine Besichtigung machen, um dich kennenzulernen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr nah an der Spree, in zwei Minuten kann man das Wasser erreichen. Sie befindet sich fünf Minuten fußläufig von der U-Bahn Station Schlesisches Tor und 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn Warschauerstraße. Direkt vor der Tür ist außerdem eine Bushaltestelle. In direkter Umgebung sind viele Restaurants.
The apartment is very close to the Spree, in two minutes you can reach the water. It is located five minutes walk from the underground station Schlesisches Tor and 15 minutes walk from the S-Bahn Warschauerstraße. There is also a bus stop right outside the door. In the immediate vicinity are many restaurants.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, wir kennen uns schon sehr lange und sind beste Freunde. Wir sind sehr offen, respektieren unsere Privatsphäre und nehmen Rücksicht auf einander.
Life in a shared flat is very relaxed, we have known each other for a long time and are best friends. We are very open, respect our privacy and are considerate of each other.
Wir sind total offen wer hier einzieht, nur hat meine Mitbewohnerin Klausurphase in der Zeit in der ich das Zimmer untervermiete weshalb wir nach jemanden suchen der zu Hause keine Partys schmeißt oder super laut ist. :)
We are totally open who moves in here, but my roommate has exam phase in the time in which I sublet the room so we are looking for someone who does not throw parties at home or is super loud. :)
