Hey all,
we are subletting a room in our Kreuzberg flat.
The place is located on Skalitzer Strasse right at Görlitzer Bahnhof. I's a typical Berliner Altbau. We rent out our office/guestroom (fold-out bed chair with topper mattress).
Our bathroom is small but functional, with a washing machine and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, and most of the place was renovated in 2021.
We would like to host respectful individuals. While we appreciate a good party, we would prefer to not have after-hours folks who might trash the place. Happy to do an online viewing.
The room is for one person and No Anmeldung is possible.
My partner will be travelling for work, this is why I sublet our office/guestroom.
