Hello, meine alte Mitbewohnerin und gute Freundin zieht zum 01.12 leider ins Ausland. Dein Zimmer ist grade also noch möbiliert, wird aber zum Einzug frisch gestrichen und leer sein.
Ich heiße Anastasia, bin 23 und studiere and der HU. Ich arbeite nebenberuflich als Model, das heißt ich bin oft ein paar Tage weg. Mein Wunsch an Dich wäre es also, nicht ins absolute Chaos zurück zu kommen, da die Wohnung mein Safe Space ist und ich möchte mich zuhause gerne wohl fühlen und entspannen möchte. Sonst fände ich es toll, wenn wir keine reine Zweck-WG sind und jeder nichtsdestotrotz den Anderen respektiert. Ich möchte keine extensiven, drogenreichen After-Hours in der Küche und auch niemanden, der mehrere Stunden täglich ein Musikinstrument üben muss.
Dein Zimmer hat einen Balkon auf die Straße raus und ist somit nicht das ruhigste in ganz Berlin. Die Küche hat einen weiteren Balkon und eine recht große Kammer, Fotos folgen, ich bin nur aktuell im Ausland.
Mein Hund (recht klein, siehe Fotos) wohnt mit mir hier. Sie ist gut erzogen, wird jedoch teilweise in der Küche anzutreffen sein.
