Wir suchen eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) für unsere 3er WG in einer Kreuzberger Altbauwohnung in der Nähe vom Görlitzer Park.
Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock und das Zimmer geht zur Straße hin.
In der Wohnung sind Alex (44) – der ist Comiczeichner und Mathematiker, und Folkert(46) – Hacker und/oder Systemingenieur. Wir suchen eine entspannte Person mit positiver Ausstrahlung, mit der man zur Not auch einen Lockdown verbringen kann
Wir leben hier nach der Regel, dass wir uns gegenseitig keine Regeln machen. Also es gibt keinen Putzplan oder so stattdessen versuchen wir uns auf die Stärken und Schwächen der anderen Mitbewohner einzustellen.
Außerdem ist wichtig:
Da die Wohnung von einem sozialen Träger vermietet wird, solltest du Student sein, Arbeitslosengeld beziehen oder dein Jahresgehalt nicht über 22.000-, € netto liegen.

Heyup, we're looking for a new flatmate (any gender) for our trio WG in Kreuzberg, right across from Görli (the park). The flat is located on the 1st floor (uk) / 2nd floor (us) in an Altbauwohnung, the room comes with 'city view', ie window to the street.
Current WG consists of: Alex (44m), comic artist and mathematician, and Folkert (46m), hacker and/or systems engineer. We’re looking for: no haters.
We manage to live without formal rules and without telling each other what to do. So there is no cleaning schedule or anything, rather we aim to run things according to everybodys abilities and needs.
Important Note:
As the flat is rented from a non-profit association (Sozialer Träger), so you will have to either: be a student, or: collect unemployment benefits (Arbeitslosengeld), or: have a yearly income of at most EUR 22,000.- after tax.
