Ich miete ein völlig möbliertes Zimmer auf ein 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen Kreuzbergs. Außer einer völlig ausgestatteten Küche mit neue EBK, der Wohnung hat auch ein Esszimmer und ein geteiltes Home-Office.
Der Wohnung ist ein Katzensprung zur U-Bahn (U1 / U3) und es gibt mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Genauso nah sind auch mehreren Kunstgalerien und der Ufer, wo man schlendern und joggen kann.
Du suchst dir idealerweise ein neues Zuhause in Berlin und bist interessiert auf einen geteilt aber unabhängige zusammenleben. Du würdest mit mir leben, ein kreativ auf der Medienindustrie schaffendes. Es ist wesentlich, dass wir eine respektvoller und harmonische zusammen leben führen können und es wäre cool, wenn wir auch ab und an was zusammen unternehmen. Sauberkeit und offenes Kommunikation sind selbstverständlich essenziell. Dies ist kein Zweck-WG und längerfristige Miete ist bevorzugt.

I am renting a furnished bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Kreuzberg. Besides an equipped brand new EBK and kitchen appliances, it also has a dining room plus a shared home office.
The apartment is a few minutes from the U-Bahn (U1 / U3), and there are many shopping possibilities nearby. Just as near are several Art Galleries and the Canal, where you can stroll and go jogging.
Ideally, you are looking for a new home in Berlin, and you are interested in an independent but shared living experience. You'd live with me, a creative working in the media industry. It's essential that we can have a harmonious and respectful living together, and perhaps do something together every once in a while. Tidiness and open communication are naturally important. It is not a purpose-WG, and longer-term rent is preferred.
