About the home
Hi due to travels I am subletting my spacious cosy and clean room in my friendly home. It's ONLY for 2 and a half months (November 1 2023 until January 20 -2024)
The room is in a three-bedroom Queer friendly home (around 100m2) shared with two lovely housemates in a quiet environment.
Location
The place is between Kreuzberg and Neukolln very central and within walking distance of the many sites for example, the famous weekly fresh vegetable market, the canal, affordable supermarkets and restaurants. It is also a 3-minute walk from both Hermannplatz and Kottbuser Tor, Alexanderplatz and 1 minute from the metro station.
Price
680 Euros a month for November and December and for January you pay 650 (All bills inclusive, you get superfast internet, a peaceful, calm clean room with a perfect balcony view of the famous Berlin Tower and bustling streets of Neukolln.
A security deposit of 600 euros is required.
Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible and also no animals are allowed.

The place is very central and within walking distance of the many sites, a fresh vegetable market, shops and restaurants. It is 5 min from both Hermannplatz and Kottbuser Tor and 1 minute from the metro station. It is also very close to Alexanderplatz.
The neighbourhood is safe, clean and quiet with lots of amazing sites and artistic displays. The apartment is in a clean and peaceful building. From the room you can go on the terrace- a spacious balcony where you have an amazing view of the Berlin tower and the streets of Kruez-Neukolln.
The room is in a three-bedroom Queer friendly home (around 100m2) shared with two lovely housemates. It has a working desk, a couch and a king-size bed. You also have a laundry machine, microwave, stove, fridge and dishwashing machine.
For convenience, we have two toilets and 1 has a bathtub.
My 2 wonderful housemates speak German and English and are also artists and working professionals.
Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible and also no animals are allowed. We are looking for a clean and mutually respectful person.
