You have everything needed in the neighborhood. From grocery stores, restaurants, park and choices to walk around the Kiez. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe.
The apartment find itself in the backyard of an Altbau block. On Saturdays there is always a market.
There is space for parking care on the street and space to lock your bike.
It is just me living in the house and I don`t use so much a room.
I most of the time of the week at work and come only to sleep.
I would be glad to help with anything if needed.
From you as much from me just please a common sense and respectful behaviour.
