Hi! I'm renting two rooms which are connected (one is approximately 16 sm, the other one 20 sm) to one person. It's a very sunny and cosy rooftop apartment with all the amenities (including a bathtub and dishwasher). The rooms are furnished (bed, table, chairs, dresser, shelves, lamps...) but there's plenty of space to bring your own stuff. The monthly rent for both rooms is 630,- € plus 100,- € for electricity, internet, GEZ,...so it's 730,- € all in all. And i need to take a deposit of 600,- €. The apartment is located close to Hermannplatz, next to Kreuzberg. Markets, bars, restaurants, U-Bahn, supermarkets, parks and the canal are in walking distance or just around the corner. You will share the apartment with a 41 year-old woman who works in a NGO. Important for me is, besides we're getting along very well, that the apartment is non-smoking and we have a similar idea of cleanliess.

Zwischenmiete 07.12. – 12.02.
Ich vermiete zwei zusammenhängende Zimmer (ca. 16 qm und 20 qm) von 15. Dezember bis 12. Februar an eine Person. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss, ist gemütlich, sehr hell und sonnig und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Badewanne und Geschirrspülmaschine ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind möbliert, wie z.B. Bett, Kommode, Stühle, Schreibtisch, diverse Regale und Lampen..., gleichzeitig gibt es noch viel Platz für Eigenes. Die
Miete beträgt 630,- Euro pro Monat für beide Zimmer, dazu kommen 100,- Euro für Strom, Internet, GEZ,...d.h. alles in allem sind es 730,-Euro. Weiterhin benötige ich eine Kaution von 600,- Euro.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen Hermannplatz und Schönleinstraße, d.h. Straßenmärkte, Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und der Kanal sind um die Ecke, die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist super. Du würdest die Wohnung mit meine Mitbewohnerin teilen, 41 Jahre alt und arbeitet in einem kleinen Verein als Bildungsreferentin. Abgesehen davon, dass wir uns gut verstehen, ist mir wichtig, dass in der Wohnung nicht geraucht wird und wir ein ähnliches Verständnis von Sauberkeit haben.
