ich biete hier mein WG Zimmer vom 17.01.24 - 17.02.24 an. Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 550€ pro Monat. Die Wohnung ist ein 120qm Altbau und liegt im beliebten Stadtteil Berlin-Kreuzberg. Von hier aus seid ihr überall in maximal 20 Minuten. Ich bevorzuge eine weibliche Zwischenmieterin, die berufstätig ist und ggf. für ein Projekt oder ähnliches in Berlin ist. Die
Außerdem ist mir wichtig, dass ihr ordentlich seid und wisst, wie man mit fremden Sachen umzugehen habt. :)
Möbel werden vorhanden sein und ausreichend Stauraum für eure mitgebrachten Sachen ebenfalls!
Erzählt mir ein bisschen was über euch und teilt gerne euer Social Media Profil, damit ich einen ersten Eindruck bekomme. :)

I am offering here my WG room from 17.01.24 - 17.02.24. The costs are 550€ per month. The apartment is 120 square meters (old building) and is located in the popular district of Berlin-Kreuzberg. From here you are everywhere in max 20 minutes. I prefer a female intermediate tenant who is working and perhaps in Berlin for a project or something similar.
Also, it's important to me that you are tidy and know how to deal with other people's stuff. :)
Furniture will be available and enough storage space for your brought things as well!
