The room faces the courtyard. It has an extra storage space above the entry. The room is unfurnished but there is space to hang your clothes.
The apartment is located in Bergmann-Kiez and therefore in the immediate vicinity of countless bars and restaurants, which also offer a wide range of options for vegans/vegetarians. You’ll find several supermarkets in this area, including organic markets, second-hand shops, and boutiques. The Tempelhofer Feld is only a 15-minute walk away and the Landwehrkanal invites you to take a relaxing walk or go jogging. Since we are very well connected to public transport (bus and subway are practically on our doorstep), you can get anywhere in Berlin quickly and easily.
This is a shared flat with 3 full-time students. The room is unfurnished. You will be sharing a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, modern gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. If you need a washing machine and dryer, we will be happy to explain how they work. We are generally a non-smoking household. We also wouldn't mind if you brought a pet.
We are a small flat share of students and work partly in home office. We like to occasionally have guests over, so if you would like to have someone stay over for a few days that's fine, just let us know in advance. We are not a party WG, so hosting a house party is not permitted (also because of our neighbors). Since we've had a few bad experiences with previous housemates, we'll require a deposit of 150€, which you will get back when you move out, if everything is clean and left in the state it was given to you.
