Hallo da draußen!
Mein WG-Zimmer wird vom 3ten Februar bis zum 31. März frei, da meine Freundin und ich für diesen Zeitraum temporär in eine andere Wohnung ziehen.
Dafür suche ich jetzt also eine(n) nette(n) Untermieter*in!
Alles, was auf den Bildern noch im Weg ist (Kleidung, Fotoequipment, usw.) räume ich weg.
Beamer behaltet ihr + Stereoanlage!

Die Wohnung ist nicht riesengroß, hat aber alles, was man braucht (vor allem Kochutensilien, da Jan Kochen liebt) und ist in bester Lage am Kotti. Du hast hier Supermärkte, Bars, Anschluss an die U1 und U8 mit dem Görlitzer Bahnhof und dem Kottbusser Tor, du kannst über’m Penny um die Ecke Bouldern gehen, es gibt das SO36, das Babylon Kino am Kotti, die besten Falafel der Stadt bei Basmah oder Darfur (diskussionswürdig, wer die besseren hat) usw. usw.
Du wirst mit meinen beiden Mitbewohnern Jan und Lisa zusammen wohnen, beide super nett und entspannt. Das WG-Leben ist ruhig, ab und zu unternehmen wir was, sonst kochen wir gerne miteinander, quatschen ein bisschen, haben hier und da mal Freunde zu Besuch, aber es wird nie anstrengend oder stressig!
Natürlich ist es gut, wenn du die Wohnung mit den beiden etwas sauber hältst, das ist aber auch ohne riesen Druck.
Wenn sich das für dich gut anhört, dann schreib mir doch einfach mal!
Dann lernen wir uns bei einem Besuch oder Zoom-Call kennen (mit Jan und Lisa) und können alles weitere diskutieren :)

My shared room will be free from 3 February to 31 March, because my girlfriend and I move temporarily into another apartment.

Everything annoying on the pics (shirts, books, camera gear) will be cleaned away by me.

The apartment is not huge, but has everything you need (especially cooking utensils, because Jan loves cooking) and is in a great location on Kotti. You have supermarkets, bars, connection to the U1 and U8 with the Görlitzer Bahnhof and the Kottbusser Tor, you can go bouldering above the Penny around the corner, there is the SO36, the Babylon cinema at the Kotti, the best falafel in town at Basmah or Darfur (debatable, who has the better ones) etc. etc.
You will live with my two roommates Jan and Lisa, both super nice and relaxed. The WG life is quiet, now and then we do something, otherwise we like to cook together, chat a bit, have friends over from time to time, but it never gets exhausting or stressful!
Of course, it's good if you keep the apartment a little clean with the two of them, but that's also without huge pressure.
