Hello :)
I am letting my furnished room in a 2-person flat for a short period (01.08.2023 to 31.08.2023).
Like the whole flat, it is fully furnished (bed, night table, clothing rack, shelf) and storage under the bed.
The flat also has a huge living room with balcony with separate kitchen. It has an amazing view over Kreuzberg, the sofa has a sleeping function and there is a work/dining table.
The bathroom is quite big, with a bathtub and a nice window.
The flat is located in the middle of Kreuzberg in the Gneisenaukiez between Südstern/Prinzenstraße and thus in the middle of Bergmannkiez and Kreuzberg 36.
The Maybachufer and Tempelhofer Feld are only a few minutes' walk away, and you will find everything you need for everyday life in the direct vicinity.
The M41 runs right outside our front door and connects you directly to the main train station and Neukölln.
The underground lines 1, 3, 6, 7 and 8 are within walking distance.
You will live with Miriam who studies at HU. She is the main tenant on the contract and has been living in the flat for a long time now. She knows Berlin really well and is a social person, really easy to talk to.
The place is obviously an LGBTQIA+ friendly and discriminations of any sort are NOT welcome. We would prefer left-wing people. :)
The price (450€) is for a whole month, all included (electricity, internet, water, etc.).
