Wichtig ist mir vor allem eine offene, gut funktionierende Kommunikation, damit alle Bewohner/innen sich wohlfühlen und Wünsche und Vorstellungen zum Zusammenleben vorbringen können. My flatmate is leaving town to be with her true love in Bavaria and therefore I am looking for someone new to fill the gap. The most important thing for me is an open and well working communication between the inhabitants to make sure that everybody feels free to articulate needs, worries, ideas and to have a good atmosphere at home!Some of the furniture pieces will stay in the room.
