I sublet my very cosy room in a 4 peoples WG in the heart of Kreuzberg. I have to leave Berlin for 8 months and so my room is available for the period from April to December 2023.
The room is 11m2 and very bright with a large window giving to a calm backyard. I rent it furnished with all the furniture that are on the pictures (and some extra plants).
The flat is very bright and was renovated last year. We share a large kitchen where we like to eat together or invite friends. We also have a big balcony in the kitchen which is very lovely in the summer.
The flat is amazingly located and 2 minutes away from Bergmannstrasse and its wonderful coffees, restaurants and shops. It is directly on Mehringdamm U-bahn station and so it is very well connected with the U6 and U7.
You will be living with 3 amazing roomates:
- Vivi (27): she studies biology, makes amazing apple pancakes and loves yoga
- Julius (23): he studies Statistics, loves eating wraps, doing sports and making music
- Henry (23): he is about to start Film studies in Berlin, often goes to the movies or eats very spicy vegan food
We like to do things together so we often meet in the kitchen around dinner time and cook and eat together. We also go to parties or clubs together. We get along very well and I would love to find someone that will participate in the WG life too! :) Overall the life in the WG is very relaxed and everyone respects the other's personal space. We do not make huge parties in the flat often but we often have friends over for dinner or drinks before partying outside.
When it comes to cleaning, we have a cleaning plan that works really well. The flat is overall very clean and tidy. We are not crazy maniacs about cleaning but we all ennjoy living in a nice and tidy place.
We would like to keep the 2-2 gender balance in the flat and this is why we are looking for woman. In addition, we would prefer to have a native german speaker in the flat since Henry (who is American but already fluent in German) would like to only speak german in the flat. It would also be great if the person were vegan or vegetarian but this is not absolutely necessary :)
I look forward to hearing from you !
