Hello! I'm Linda (25) & after I finished my studies, I'll be travelling for 5 weeks. So I´ll sublet my room in a WG of two, which is located in one of the coolest areas for young people.
You'd live with Michelle (23) who studies product design and works in an agency. She will move in in March.

APPARTMENT / ROOM
The room has about 20 sqm and is very bright. It comes furnished obviously. Otherwise there is only a small bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen with washing machine, coffee maker & a dining table. You would be automatically forced to workouts, because the apartment is located on the 4th floor hahah
Unfortunately, basement and balcony do not exist.
It couldn't be better (in my opinion)! You are in 3min at the Paul-Linke-/Maybachufer, which is perfect in summer and there is also often a weekly market. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars very close by. And in summer you can go jogging at the Landwehrkanal, which is super nice. Through the Kottbusser Tor you are also well connected by public transport (8 min walk), where the U8, U1 and U3 go.
It would be nice if you get along well with each other of course :)
