Ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter vom 1. April bis 23. April. Wir haben noch ein Gästebett. Es ist also auch möglich, dass du den kompletten April hier sein kannst. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß. Durch vier große Fenster ist es sehr hell. Da ich selber Ende März innerhalb der WG umziehe, wir das Zimmer nicht so aussehen, wie auf den Fotos. Es wird aber alles vorhanden sein, was du brauchst: Bett, Schreibtisch, Sessel, Kommode, Platz für Klamotten und anderen Krams.
Unsere Wohnung ist sehr groß. Wir haben zwei große Gemeinschaftsräume + einen großen Balkon, auf dem man im April schon sehr gut die Sonne genießen kann. Im Wohnzimmer kann man mit dem Beamer Filme schauen. Außerdem haben wir drei Bäder, man kommt sich also nie in die Quere.
I sublet my room from April 1 to April 23. we also have a guest bed. So it is also possible that you can stay here for the whole month of April. The room is about 16sqm. Through four large windows it is very bright. Since I will move in another room within the flat at the end of March, the room will not look the way it does on the photos. But there will be everything you need: bed, desk, armchair, small closet, space for clothes and other stuff.
Our apartment is very big. We have a spacious kitchen and a living room + a big balcony, which is perfect for enjoying the early spring in April. We have a video projector in the living room and watch movies from time to time. We also have three bathrooms, so you never get in each other's way.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, sodass man relativ schnell in viele Ecken von Berlin kommt. Der kreuzberger Bergbannkiez ist um die Ecke. Zum Gleisdreieckpark ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und lädt zum Spazierengehen und Tischtennisspielen ein. U1, U3, U6 und U7 sind direkt in der Nähe.
The apartment is very centrally located, so you can get to many areas of Berlin relatively quickly. The Kreuzberg Bergbannkiez is around the corner. The Gleisdreieckpark is just a 5 minute walk away and invites you to take a walk and play table tennis. U1, U3, U6 and U7 are directly nearby.
Du wirst zusammen mit 5 anderen lieben Mitbewohner*innen in einer gemütlichn WG leben.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind offen und freundlich. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Auch wenn du nur für eine kurze Zeit da sein wirst, wäre es trotzdem schön, wenn du Lust auf soziale Interaktionen in der WG hast. Natürlich wird es bei uns auch respektiert, wenn jemand Zeit für sich braucht.
Wir sprechen überwiegend englisch, da ein Mitbewohner kein deutsch-muttersprachler ist. Falls du englisch nicht so gut beherrschen solltest, ist das aber auch kein Problem.
Sexismus, Rassismus, Queer-Feindlichkeit, Diskussionen ob Corona oder die Klimakrise wirklich existieren haben bei uns keinen Raum.
You will live together with 5 lovely flatmates in a cozy shared flat.
Your flatmates are open and friendly. We value interest in each others lives. Even though you will only be here for a short time, it would still be nice if you are interested in connecting with the others from time to time. Of course, we also respect if someone needs time to themselves.
We speak mostly English, as one flat mate is not a native German speaker. If you don't speak English very well, that's no problem either.
Sexism, racism, queerphobia, discussions about whether Corona or the climate crisis really exist have no place here.
