THIS IS A TEMPORARY RENTAL - THERE IS NO CHANCE OF A PERMANENT STAY
I'm renting my room in our amazing 2 person WG in the heart of Kreuzberg for 3 weeks whilst I'm out of the country. The flat is huge (90m2) with a giant bathroom and newly renovated in the last year, with a completely new fitted kitchen and bathroom (but still with Altbau high ceilings, features etc). The room is 25m2 with a bed, sofa, 55 inch TV, projector, a desk with a monitor and two big windows - it's very light and beautiful, with a great view into Wrangelstr. I am renting it for less than the cost of my rent, so it's a great deal. The other person in the WG is very easy going, young and fairly new to Berlin. Open minded, friendly people are wanted. Ich vermiete für 3 Wochen meine schöne Schlafzimmer in eine 2er WG in Kreuzberg weil ich im Ausland sein wird. Die Wohnung ist riesig (90m2), komplett neurenoviert mit einem grossem Badezimmer und neue Einbauküche aber immer noch Altbau Charme. Das Schlafzimmer ist 25m2 (sehr gross) mit Bett, Sofa, 55 Zoll Fernseher, Beamer, Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm und zwei grosse Fenster - die Ausblick ist sehr schon und man kann Wrangelstr sehr gut sehen. Diesen Mietpreis ist weniger als meine Miete also ist eine gute Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Der Mitbewohner ist aus Australien und neulich nach Berlin umgezogen. Wir wollen jemand, der freundlich, sympatisch, offen und chilled ist. Bei Fragen oder Problemen einfach melden.
The flat is in Wrangelkiez in Kreuzberg, near Schlesisches Tor and Görlitzer Park. It's very close to Treptower park for some peace and quiet, Friedrichshain and Neukölln are also very close. It's also not far from Mitte - undoubtedly one of the best places to live in Berlin.
Die Lage ist unglaublich gut, genau in Kreuzberg in der nähe von Schlesisches Tor U bahn und Görli. Treptower Park ist gar nicht weit, wenn du ein bisschen Ruhighkeit brauchst, und Fhain und Neukölln sind auch sehr nah. Das ist unbedingt eines der besten in Berlin.
