Ich verreise auf Urlaub und vermiete für die Zeit mein schönes Zimmer in meiner WG.
Das Zimmer hat 20sqm, ein 2x2m Bett (Rest siehe Fotos). Es bleibt möbliert für die Zeit die ich weg bin aber du kannst es dir gerne gemütlich machen, den Großteil meiner Kleidung nehme ich mit.
Meine Wohnung hat insgesamt 105 sqm. Davon ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch für gemeinsame Abende wenn man möchte. Es gibt ein Gäste-WC, eine Einbauküche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist modern und wir wohnen seit 1 Jahr hier.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Doris und Vincent, 2 Amsterdamer.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung nach Absprache mit mir, jedoch nicht länger als 2 bis 3 Wochen im Mai im Anhang.

I am going on vacation and rent for the time my beautiful room in my shared apartment.
The room has 20sqm, a 2x2m bed (rest see photos). It remains furnished for the time I am away but you are welcome to make yourself comfortable, I take most of my clothes with me.
My apartment has a total of 105 sqm. Of which a large living room with dining table for evenings together if you want. There is a guest toilet, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony. The apartment is modern and we have been living here for 1 year.
Your roommates are Doris and Vincent, 2 Amsterdammers.
There is a possibility of extension after consultation with me, but not longer than 2 to 3 weeks in May in the annex.

Das Gebäude befindet sich ober einem Edeka, gegenüber ist ein rewe und viele Spätis, sowie der wunderbare Bergmannkiez, ebenfalls in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen dem Park am Gleisdreieck und dem Viktoriapark.
