Hi.
I am offering cozy and furnished private room in Lankwitz from February 1st( for a long terms residency *more than six months)
I move into this WG last year of April and have lived here more than half a year. Now it’s time to say good.
I am now looking the new flat mate after me.
The room is fully furnished and have everything you need to live(tables, shelves, matress)
In the kitchen, there is plates and kichenware you can use.
The apartment is located in quite residential area that is out side of the hustle and bustle of the centre area.
Our WG is very international and common language is English. So, you will have no trouble communicating with your flat mate.
Currently we have one LGBTQ person and 2 either vegan and vegetarian person. I would say its pretty multi cultural WG.
Our flat mate is very friendly and easy to talk to.
We also hang out together time to time.
The most importance thing is you can officially get Anmeldung from the landlord.
When I just moved to Berlin. I had struggle finding flats that offer me Anmeldung. You will find it here :)

Although it locates at suburbs the connection to central is pretty decent. We have S2 and S26 train from attilastr and Sudende which goes to city center in 15 minute. We have bus stop that goes to those train station every 10 minute and will arrive train station in less 5minute.
