Hi lovely people!
Me and my former Flatmate are renting out my room for a couple of days before the new flatmate comes in. Its a perfect oportunity for any Berlin Visitors to get a cheap and cozy place to stay over new years.
We rent it out from today until the 10th of january.
You will live with William. A chill person who likes to smoke. It would be great if you kept your smoking in the kitchen or on the balcony. :)
There is access to a washing machine, kitchen with oven, fridge and the bathroom with shower.
The room has a desk, a matress and a shelf to put your clothes on. It also has a big comfy chair thing.
The flat is not in the center. Please google where Lankwitz is, before you write us back. :) To make sure you read this please include the word "Pretzels" in your introduction text.
We´d like to keep a 200 EUR deposit, that you will get back at the end of your rent.
If you dont want to stay the whole time you pay 13 EUR per day :)
