It is a15 sq m, sunny and cozy room in a fully furnished two-room apartment. The room consists of a double bed with the side table, a big IKEA wardrobe, a wooden armchair, an ottoman sofa, a real wood table, 2 well cared plants and few decorations. The window gives view of trees and open sky and you will have privacy. All the furniture can be bought for a little sum but If you bring your own furniture, room will be provided empty.
The kitchen is very spacious and was recently renovated. It consists of a fridge, electronic stove with oven, microwave, small electronics like a mixer and juicer. Several pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, and other utensils can be found in the upper and lower cabinets. No matter what you will bring, the kitchen will still have a space for it.
The bathroom has a nice bathtub with a shower and was also recently renovated.
Located at a very quiet street in Lankwitz but is just 5 min walk away from many different markets (Edeka, Nahkauf, dm, Woolworth and more) and 10 min walk away from S-Lankwitz, which means that you can essentially be in the city center within 30 mins. It is also 1 min walk away from the bus station (Bruchwitzstr, bus 187 & 184)
The other room is occupied by a very friendly and young Engineer who travels frequently for his projects. It means that for most of the days, you will have the apartment for yourself.
The Kitchen and Bathroom are cleaned on a regular basis. Vacuum cleaner and other cleaning aids will help you do the job faster. The kitchen is cleaned right away after the cooking!
-Internet and electricity costs are shared between the tenants. You will be paying for the internet while the other Tennant pays for Electricity. At the end of each month or year, the costs will be split.
-The rent must be transferred at the beginning of each month
