Hi!!
Im flying home, so im subletting my room for a month :)
The move out date is not flexible but the move in date it is, maybe if you need it for a few days before the move in date its possible ans we can talk about it
My room is very big and has a 120x200 bed, also a sleeping one person couch. It has a large balcony if you smoke and I have a lot of plants, so of course it will be nice if you can water them from time to time.
The kitchen has everything and the bathroom as well, there is space for your stuff, so thats not an issue.
The apartment is located near Nolderplatz S-bahn station, just 1 station away from ostkreuz, so if you like techno, most techno clubs are near the apartment ;)
There are 3 supermarkets in the area as well (rewe, kaufland and lidl)
About my roommate: Flavia is 19, very calm and a little bit shy but very nice! She’s usually home if not at work, also very clean:)
About the cleaning schedule: we clean once a week either the kitchen or the bathroom, so its something you will have to arrange with flavia
Kaution is 200€, but if everything is fine you will get your money back, of course
Right me a little bit about yourself and you can either come and see the flat or we can also do a video call
