Ich suche eine:n Mitbewohner:in, da es meine Freundin wieder zurück in ihre Heimat verschlägt und ich unsere schöne Wohnung nicht aufgeben möchte um mich zu verkleinern. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 90m2 und besteht aus 2 großen Zimmern (je 20m2, eines wäre deins), sowie einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche mit genug Platz für einen Esstisch, einem Bad und einem Balkon mit ganz viel Sonne. Da meine Freundin alle ihre Möbel mitnimmt ist das Zimmer unmöbliert. Der Rest der Wohnung ist aber komplett möbliert und es fehlt an nichts. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind auch vorhanden. Die Miete liegt bei 560,00 € inklusive allem (Internet, GEZ, Strom, Nebenkosten).

I am looking for a roommate because my friend is moving back to her hometown and I don't want to give up our nice apartment to downsize. The apartment has a total of 90m2 and consists of 2 large rooms (20m2 each, one would be yours), as well as a living room, a kitchen with enough space for a dining table, a bathroom and a balcony with lots of sun. Since my girlfriend takes all her furniture with her, the room is unfurnished. However, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished and lacks nothing. Washing machine and dishwasher are also available. The rent is 560,00 € including everything (internet, GEZ, electricity, utilities).

Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5-10 Minuten im Samariterviertel. Lidl, Rewe, Edeka und Rossmann sind in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Deine Mitbewohnerin: Ich bin Alina, 26 Jahre alt und komme ursprünglich aus Berlin. Ich arbeite in einem 9-5 Job im Sales und Marketing und verbringe Zeit am liebsten mit meinen Freunden beim Essen gehen, im Kino, in Musicals und Shows oder auch gemütlich zuhause bei einem Film- oder Spieleabend. Ab und zu ziehe ich aber auch super gerne durch Bars oder komme nach einer langen Nacht im Club erschöpft nach Hause. 💃🏽 🎞️ 🍔
Unsere wunderschöne Altbauwohnung mit Holzdielen und Balkon an der Küche mit Ausblick auf den ruhigen Innenhof und ganz viel Sonne könnte bald dein zuhause sein 🏡
Einrichtung: Vollständig möblierte Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Spühlmaschine und Esstisch und Tageslichtbad mit Duschwanne und Waschtrockner. Fahrradstellplätze sind auch vorhanden.
Keine Zweck-WG. Wenn eine Freundschaft entsteht würde ich mich natürlich freuen, aber auch generell freue ich mich auf gemeinsame Kochabende, abends auf der Couch noch über den Tag zu sprechen und auch mal ab und zu was zusammen zu unternehmen.
