Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 Quadratmeter groß ruhig und sehr gemütlich. Möbiliar ist komplett vorhanden in Form eines Ikea Bettes mit zwei Schubladen, welches auch zu einem Doppelbett ausgezogen werden kann, einem großen Ikea Pax Schrank mit Inneneinrichtung, sowie einem Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl. Die Küche ist nagelneu und umfasst einen Induktionsherd. Auch das Bad ist groß und neu renoviert.
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung zur Tram und direkt am Ubahnhof Tierpark. Unten finden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte wie Rewe, Aldi, Lidl jeweils 2-5 Minuten Gehweg, sowie Drogerien DM und Rossmann. Direkt gegenüber einem Center mit Ärtzehaus, Bibliothek, Banken, etc. Außerdem befindet sich die Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) direkt nebenan. Somit ist die WG wunderbar geeinget für Studenten.

The room is about 25 square meters quiet and very cozy. Möbiliar is completely present in the form of an Ikea bed with two drawers, which can also be extended to a double bed, a large Ikea Pax wardrobe with interior, as well as a desk and office chair. The kitchen is brand new and includes an induction stove. The bathroom is also large and newly renovated.
Very good transport links to the streetcar and right by the Tierpark underground station. Downstairs there are numerous supermarkets such as Rewe, Aldi, Lidl each 2-5 minutes walk, as well as drugstores DM and Rossmann. Directly opposite a center with a doctor's office, library, banks, etc.. In addition, the University of Applied Sciences (HTW) is right next door. Thus, the WG is wonderfully geeinget for students.
