The building itself was opened just a couple of years ago so the building and apartments are in impecable state.
The apartment is south-east facing, and being unobstructed by other buildings the sun is always shining into the apartment. It's really bright, but each window has blinds built in and blackout curtains depending on what you prefer.

In a super quiet area close to Friedrichshain, the location/building/room are super quiet and comfortable. Just a 5 min walk to S+U Lichtenberg which is really well connected to whichever direction you want to go in Berlin.
The building itself is full of young people and new families so it's really friendly and everyone knows each other. Good neighbors that are always willing to help.
I'm living in the other room. My roommate is leaving so I'm looking for someone new. That's basically it.
I'm a filmmaker and creative. I work mostly from home but am really quiet. I work most of the day most days so I'm a really chill roommate to have.
I also cook really well... so that's a plus ;) haha. And during spring/summer I grow a lot of spices and veggies on the terrace, so we'll have plenty of things to enjoy while the sun is shining.
Better to get to know each other in person though, so I'll leave it at that.
