WG-Zimmer/shared room im/in Weitlingkiez

WG befindet sich in einer schönen Altbaugegend im Weitlingkiez (Rummelsburg). Von bis zu 5 Supermärkten, Paketshops, Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Döner- und Shaormabuden und die Öffis ist alles fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Zur Busstation sind es 2min.
Zum S+U Bhf Lichtenberg sind's 10min, zum S Bhf Nöldnerplatz ca. 8 min.
Vom S Bhf Nöldnerplatz ist es 1 Station (2min) bis zum Ostkreuz und vom S+U Bhf Lichtenberg 8 (12min) Stationen bis zum Alexanderplatz.

Boxi (Friedrichshain) und Kreuzberg sind auch sehr gut erreichbar.

Der Flur ist noch im renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand, weswegen es da so leer aussieht. Ich hoffe, dass ich das Projekt bald beenden kann. 😀

Die Küche darfst du mit den Küchengeräten natürlich mitbenutzen, solange du auch mit denen sorgsam umgehst. Es wäre auch sehr gut, wenn du deine eigenen Töpfe und Pfannen (fürs Elektroherd) mitbringst, da jeder seine eigenen verwendet.

Es gibt einen Putzplan für das Badezimmer und die restlichen Räume werden bei Bedarf und gelegentlich geputzt (da würde ich aber auch einen Putzplan entwerfen wollen. Müll wird auch entsorgt, wenn die Eimer voll sind (Eigeninitiative).

Leider gibt es mehr zu beachten, dass nicht verhandelbar ist: Partys oder sonstige laute Veranstaltungen sind nicht erwünscht, da es eine ruhige Gegend ist und die Nachbarn sonst Stress machen. Die Ruhezeiten sollten auch respektiert werden, sonst gibst auch Stress (Germany ✨).

Zu meiner Person ☕️
Ich bin Patryk (23), studiere im 5. Semester PoWi an der FU und arbeite nebenbei. Ich bin ein unkomplizierter Typ, rede über vieles und begeistere mich für einiges: von Politik (surprise!), Geschichte, DIY, Berlin selbst (hidden gems und Lost Places), Wirtschaft und Finanzen, 2nd Hand, Reisen (double surprise!), Cafés bis zu vintage möbel.

Wenn es jedoch unsauber wird (wie im Küchenteil beschrieben, Staub nach einiger Zeit, Dreck von Schuhen bzw. mit Schuhen in der Wohnung etc.), kicken meine slawischen Gene rein und ich kann ziemlich pingelig werden. 🧽

Ich hoffe, dass man sich respektiert und gegenseitig rücksichtsvoll begegnet, auch solltest du wissen, dass ich mal neben Studium, Arbeit, Familie und Freundin mich auch zurückziehe. Jedoch bin ich offen für eine gemeinsame Zeit was Gespräche, Ausflüge, Café und sonstige spannende Activities betrifft, wenn es die Zeit und der Terminplan zulässt.🍀

Ich habe neben den Flur weitere Projekte in der Wohnung geplant und hoffe dass ich mit meiner verfügbaren Zeit realisiere. 🛠️

Stelle dich gerne vor, erzähl warum du nach Berlin kommst, was du generell machst und in welchem Zeitraum für dich das Zimmer in Frage kommt. Sage mir auch gerne, ob es für dich möglich das Zimmer ca. Ende Februar zu besichtigen.

Alle angegebenen Bewerbungsunterlagen sind nicht das nonplusultra, aber es wäre gut mindestens Einkommens-Nachweise vorzulegen. 🍀

Hello everyone,

My MB (flat mate) is moving out after more than 2 years of living together and the second room in the shared flat is now free.
The room is rented furnished (bed with mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe) with all additional costs (electricity, internet, liability insurance, household insurance, public media fee) included.
Sunlight shines in in the morning until early afternoon.

The flat share is located in a beautiful old building neighbourhood in Weitlingkiez (Rummelsburg). Up to 5 supermarkets, parcel shops, restaurants, bars, cafés, kebab and shawarma stalls and public transport are all within walking distance.

The bus station is 2 minutes away.
It's 10 minutes to Lichtenberg S+U station and about 8 minutes to Nöldnerplatz S station.
From Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station it is 1 stop (2 min) to Ostkreuz and from Lichtenberg S+U station it is 8 stops (12 min) to Alexanderplatz.

Boxi (Friedrichshain) and Kreuzberg are also very easy to reach.

The corridor is still in need of renovation, which is why it looks so empty. I hope to be able to finish the project soon. 😀

You can of course use the kitchen and kitchen devices as long as you treat them with care. It would also be great if you could bring your own pots and pans (for the electric cooker), as everyone used their own.

There is a cleaning schedule for the bathroom and the rest of the rooms are cleaned occasionally and as required (I would also want to draw up a cleaning schedule for the kitchen). Rubbish is also disposed of when the bins are full (on your own initiative).

Unfortunately, there is more to consider that is not negotiable: parties or other loud events are not welcome, as it is a quiet area and the neighbours would otherwise cause conflict. Quiet times should also be respected, otherwise there will also be conflict with them (Germany ✨).

About myself ☕️
I'm Patryk (23), studying Pol. Sci. at the FU in the 5th semester and working part-time. I'm an uncomplicated guy, talk about a lot of things and am enthusiastic about a lot of things: from politics (surprise!), history, DIY, Berlin itself (hidden gems and lost places), business and finance, 2nd hand, travelling (double surprise!), cafés to vintage furniture.

However, when things get messy (as described in the kitchen section, dust after a while, dirt from shoes or with shoes in the flat, etc.), my Slavic genes kick in and I can get pretty picky. 🧽

I hope that people respect each other and treat each other with consideration, and you should also know that I sometimes withdraw from my studies, work, family and girlfriend. However, I'm open to spending time together talking, going on trips, going to the café and other exciting activities if time and my schedule allow. 🍀

In addition to the hallway, I have planned other projects in the flat and hope to realise them with my available time. 🛠️

Please introduce yourself, tell me why you are coming to Berlin, what you do in general and when you would like to move in. Please also let me know if it is possible for you to view the room around the end of February.
