I'm subletting my wonderful big room (~20m²) from 27.12.23 till 26.02.24.
The price is 500€ per month.
You can of course use the Screen, height adjustable desk, sound system, piano and projector as you want!
I can gladly provide sheets and towels if you are just coming with light luggage.
The flat is located in Friedrichsberg (technically Lichtenberg but still cool cause 5 minutes away from Friedrichshain) --> Paul-Zobel-Straße
Your flatmate will be Nico, an easy going 27 year old Italian who likes climbing and pasta :)
We are not 'extreme cleaners', but we do like to keep our flat cleaner than most WG in Berlin I think, so we have a weekly alternating chores system (1 person clean the floor + bathroom) one per week, alternating (so one person has to do it every two weeks, not sure it's clear..)
Sorry, I can't accept regular smokers, even if you smoke outside only.
I am aware that the Deposit is quite high, but as you can see, the flat is newly renovated and I'm leaving a few things of value so I expect good treatment of those.
