The room is available for TWO WEEKS, from 15th to 30th of April, for 175 EUR in total, in case someone need a budget accomodation for a transition time.

The room is cozy, warm and sunny. There is a bed and shelves and a wardrobe (220 height x 90 width x 50 deep) for your things. It was a former Ikea thing that I modified with recycled wood (I still didn't make pictures of the new version, sorry). The table is huge. There is another big piece of furniture with shelves, where the upper shelf will be full (some books and many papers, german burocracy), but the rest of the shelves are also free for your things.
The common spaces are a living room (about 25 m2), a "living-kitchen" (about 20 m2) and the balcony (sun from 12 in the morning to sunset, but autumn and winter are dark in Berlin...). You don't need to take care of the plants, they know how to take care of themselves.

The house is in a small side street of the Landsberger Allee, in district Lichtenberg. Direct tramway connection to Alexander Platz (22 minutes) and Warschauer Straße (16 minutes). In day time, you reach even Kreuzberg, Wedding or Neukölln in not longer than 30 minutes. The tramway works all night round.
The location is not very suitable for FU- or Potsdam students, you have about one hour to Dahlem or to Potsdam (even more if you study in the campus of Golm).
The campuses in TIERPARK and MITTE are well connected, you reach the HU-main building in Mitte in ca. 30 minutes and Tierpark (for example, HTW) in not much longer than 15. You reach the campus in Adlershof in ca. 35 minutes. You reach the TU in Tiergarten in about 40 minutes.
5 minutes by foot from the house is the former prison of the secret police of East Germany, interesting place to visit. 5 minutes from the house you have a shopping center with Aldi, Rewe and more. Not far (5 minutes by bike) there is a Kaufland. Very close are Orwohaus and a not famous park where a number of interesting nature projects are run.
I will spend less than the half of the time in Berlin, so I expect you to be extremely responsible and respectful.
Responsible means specifically to remember switching off the stoves after cooking, bringing the garbage away before worms begin to appear, locking always the door with key...
In the flat there is everything you need to live (bed clothes, hair dryer, water boiler...) except for a coffee machine.
