We are subleasing a room between 1.4.-1.6.2024.
ATTENTION: This is only a temporary rental not a permanent room, also no Anmeldung. The monthly rent is 600€/month including all utilities (electricity, internet, etc.)
The room is partially furnished with a sofa bed, another sofa, a closet and a large mirror (over 2m high). There is a beautiful blue stove in the room, which is not usable, but can be used to store decorations. The room has well-sealed windows, two radiators and access to a balcony. You will live with 3 other roommates. Everyone has their own separate room. English is the main language spoken within the flat.
Pls note: the bed that you see on the photo will be taken out by the previous flatmate, but there will be another sofa bed for you!

Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit einer Schlafcouch, ein weiteres Sofa, ein Kleiderschrank und ein großer Spiegel (über 2m Höhe) Im Zimmer steht ein schöner blauer Ofen, der nicht nutzbar ist, aber zum Abstellen von Dekoration benutzt werden kann. Das Zimmer hat gut dichtende Fenster, zwei Heizkörper und Zugang zu einem Balkon.
Anmerkung: Das Bett, welches auf dem Foto zu sehen ist, wird vom aktuellen Mitbewohner beim Auszug mitgenommen, bei deinem Einzug wird jedoch eine Schlafcouch verfügbar sein.
Die angegebene Miete von 600€/Monat enthält bereits Internet, Strom, Rundfunkgebühren, etc. Es handelt sich um eine Zwischenmiete vom 1.4.-1.6.2024, keine Anmeldung möglich!
The apartment is about 4 minutes walking from S+U Lichtenberg. S-Bahn S5, S7, S75 and metro U5. You can reach the city center very quickly and conveniently.
The building is located on a busy road, but the windows isolate the traffic noise very well so that it’s a quiet living environment.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. OG eines schönen Altbauhauses mit hohen Wänden und Stuck an der Decke. Das Haus liegt 4 Minuten vom S+U-Bahnhof Lichtenberg mit direkter Anbindung ans Stadtzentrum, an einer befahrenen Straße. Die Fenster schirmen Straßengeräusche jedoch sehr gut ab. Die Anbindung per Auto ist dementsprechend auch gut, über die Lichtenberger Brücke direkt ins Stadtzentrum.
The apartment has a shared bathroom with a big bath-tub, a laundry machine and a shared kitchen. All kitchen utilities can be used as well. All roommates come from different countries and either study or work in Berlin. We like to spend some time together in the kitchen sometimes, but also each do our own things. It's a friendly and familiar atmosphere.
Die WG ist voll ausgestattet mit Bad mit Waschmaschine, Dusche und Badewanne; und Küche mit Kühl-, Gefrierschrank, Elektroherd, Spüle und Esstisch. Küchenutensilien können mitbenutzt werden. Im Hinterhof gibt es Fahrradständer.
Die Mitbewohnerin und Mitbewohner kommen aus verschiedenen Ländern. Wir sprechen Englisch untereinander. Wir suchen nach einer freundlichen Zwischenmieter_in, die die gemeinschaftlichen Räume sauberhält. :)
We are looking for a friendly and clean temporary housemate. :) Sometimes we like to spend time together in the kitchen, as of right now everyone is quite busy with work or different projects though.
The room is located on the east side, so there's a nice morning sun coming in every day.
