(DE | EN | ES) 13qm room and 23qm shared living room

The flat is 10 min from the Station Bahnhof Lichtenberg (S5,S75,S7, U5) in a calm street. the parking situation is very good, if needed.

Under the week also there is a bus which stop in the front of our house.

We have a market CAP 5 min by feed and netto Rewe, Lidl 10 min around.

I’m Christopher, your future roommate. A gay cis man. My native language is German and I speak English and Spanish super fluently. At lot of my friends are Spanish speaking natives (atm a lot of Argentinian ^^)

I live in this flat more than 8 years and had any constellation already. The last summer I lived alone and now I want to share my life again :)

I’m working as an pharmaceutical engineer at company’s and I travel sometimes for work. So there are times you can enjoy alone time at the whole flat. But you’ll have all the responsibilities for the plants ;)

My party hard times are basically over and I changed to a regular daily schedule. Normally I’ll go to sleep at 10/11pm and get up around 7/8am. On weekends I like to use the day, so then the weather is nice I’ll leave the flat around (German) lunchtime. Normally I’ll go by bike or longboard through the city to meet some friends for coffee, food, talk, food, walks and not to forget, good food. Further my daily life is between Netflix, sometimes volleyball, planetarium and what comes around. I really like Bike tours but winter is coming 🥲
For winter I will enjoy bars again but more on daytime.
I really want to go to the opera, I never did.

You should have a healthy approach to all kind of drugs. I tried and have seen a lot in Berlin club culture. And sometimes there will be episodes I’m going out too but this is definitely not the core life of my neither should be yours.
I nearly don’t drink Alkohol, don’t smoke cigarettes anymore but sometimes I use a vaporizer 420 ;)
In general there is no smoking in the flat! If friends are visiting, I they smoke in the kitchen, doors closed , but it’s not on a daily basis

Well to live together we should get along. I established a good friendship with all roommates till now and I want this again. After a time we should be able to talk to each other about nearly all and (want to) understand each other. I would like to have some nice time together eg cooking session… Aahh well I’m not vegetarian but I try to not consume meat or animal based products at home and would appreciate a person who doesn’t either and want to explore more meatless (and sugarless healthy) alternatives with me. Also sustainability should be a term for you.
