Ich vermiete ein kleines gemütliches Zimmer in Lichtenberg. Im Zimmer steht ein Hochbett, eine Couch und ein Schreibtisch.
Genügend Stauraum in den Schränken für Kleidung und sonstiges ist vorhanden.

I am renting out my small but cozy room in Lichtenberg. There is a loft bed, a couch, wardrobe and a small desk for working / studying.
Die Gegend in welcher sich die Wohnung befindet ist sehr ruhig, vor allem nachts hört man hier nichts. Trotzdem gibt es eine gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung direkt in die Stadt, beispielsweise mit den Bussen 240 und 194, mit der U-Bahn U5 ist man in 15 Minuten am Alexanderplatz und mit den S-Bahnen S5, S7 und S75 ist man auch in wenigen Minuten direkt in der Stadt, am Ostkreuz und vielem mehr.
Es gibt auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Spätis die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Außerdem bietet sich die Rummelsbucht fürs Joggen und Spazieren an.

The apartment is well connected to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn service. The neighborhood is very quiet and perfect to get a good night sleep. There are plenty of supermarkets and stores within walking distance.
Unser Wg-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphäre aber unternehmen ab und an auch mal etwas zusammen. Koch- oder Spielabende mit ein, zwei Bier gehören ebenfalls zum WG-Leben.
Wir haben keinen festen Putzplan aber verlassen uns auf gegenseitige Rücksichtsnahme und ein gewisses Saubarkeitsempfinden. Jeder räumt seine Sachen auf und bringt mal den Müll weg oder wischt den Boden wenn es nötig ist. Gegenseitige Absprache ist dabei das Wichtigste.

We have a relaxed vibe in the flat. We respect each other's privacy but also enjoy spending the odd evening together.
We don't follow a strict cleaning plan, however we rely on a common sense of cleanliness and respectful use of the apartment and its facilities. So please don't hesitate to take out the bins or mop the floor when this is necessary. Communication is the most important thing.
Das Zimmer ist auf unbestimmte Zeit zur Miete verfügbar, zunächst jedoch erstmal für 3 Monate, sollte es dann von allen Seiten passen, kann daraus gerne ein längerfristiges Mietverhältnis entstehen.
Eine Anmeldung an dieser Adresse ist nicht möglich.

I'm renting out the room for 3 months for now, if everything works out from all sides it will be possible to extend the rent for a longer period.
