Das Zimmer ist 15qm (lbh 5,50 * 2,70 * 3,50) und befindet sich zum Hinterhof heraus, wodurch es sowohl tagsüber, als auch nachtsüber sehr ruhig ist. Ein großes Fenster gibt ausreichend Licht, auch obwohl es sich um ein Hinterhoffenster im 1.OG handelt. Dieses Zimmer ist das ruhigste Zimmer der Wohnung.
Ansonsten besteht die Wohnung aus einem Eingangsflur, von dem aus die drei Wohnzimmer ausgehen, sowie die Küche und das Badezimmer mit Badewanne. In der Küche befindet sich neben der Spülmaschine auch eine Waschmaschine.

The room is 15sqm and is located to the backyard, which makes it very quiet both during the day and night. A large window gives enough light, even though it is a backyard window in the 1st floor. This room is the quietest room of the apartment.
Otherwise, the apartment consists of an entrance hall, from which the three living rooms emanate, as well as the kitchen and the bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Hagenstraße in Berlin Lichtenberg. In 5 Gehminuten ist man am Bahnhof Lichtenberg, von wo aus man die U5, S5, S7 und S25 erreicht und somit schnell ins Stadtzentrum oder Ringnähe kommt. Bäcker, Späti, diverse Fastfoodläden sind um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind der Cap-Markt ungefähr 100m entfernt, sowie Edeka, Rossmann, Obi - alles an der Frankfurter Allee in 5-7 Laufminuten erreichbar.

The apartment is located in Hagenstraße in Berlin Lichtenberg. In 5 minutes you are at the train station Lichtenberg, from where you can reach the U5, S5, S7 and S25, which will take you quickly to the city center or the ring. Bakers, Späti, various fast food shops are around the corner. Shops are the Cap market about 100m away, also Edeka, Rossmann, Obi - everything on the Frankfurter Allee.
Momentan wohnen in der WG: Lyubov (gesp. Lyuba), aus der Ukraine stammend und seid geraumer Zeit in Berlin. Sie ist in der Arbeitswelt unterwegs und erst vergangenen August in die WG gezogen. Janina, Studentin der Fotografie. Sie absolviert momentan ein Praktikum in Berlin und wohnt als Untermieterin seit 01. März und bis 30. August hier. Clara, Studentin der Medieninformatik, absolviert derzeit ein Praktikum in Dublin und hat ihr Zimmer währenddessen an Janina untervermietet. Und ich, Julien, Studienabsolvent der Architektur. Da ich mein Studium beendet habe verlasse ich demnächst Berlin.
Durch die vielen Zuzüge, Wegzüge, unterschiedlichen Lebensweisen und Arbeitszeiten in dem vergangenen halben Jahr hat sich die WG mehr zu einer Zweck-WG hinentwickelt. Wir quatschen gern miteinander, wenn man sich in der Küche trifft und verstehen uns gut, es kann aber auch vorkommen, dass man sich mal längere Zeit einfach nicht sieht. Das kann sich mit jedem neuen Gesicht in der Wohnung natürlich schlagartig wieder ändern!
Englisch sprechen ist von Vorteil, aber kein muss. Lyuba spricht überwiegend englisch, lernt aber gerade fleißig deutsch und kann dies schon recht gut.

Currently living here: Lyubov (sp. Lyuba), she's from the Ukraine and has been in Berlin for some time. She is working and moved to the WG last August. Janina, student of photography. She is currently doing an internship in Berlin and lives as a subtenant since March 1st and until August 30th here. Clara, a student of Media Informatics, is currently doing an internship in Dublin and has sublet her room to Janina. And me, Julien, graduate of architecture. I finished my studies and will leave Berlin soon.
Due to the many newcomers, moves, different lifestyles and working hours in the past half year, the WG has developed more to a purpose-WG. We like to chat with each other when we meet in the kitchen and we understand each other well, but it can also happen that we just don't see each other for a long time. This can change abruptly with each new face in the apartment, of course!
Speaking English is an advantage, but not necessary. Lyuba speaks English most of the time, but is currently learning German and can already do it quite well.
Die 310 Euro ist bereits der Teil der Warmmiete, der an die Hausverwaltung zu zahlen ist. Die 70 Euro sind die Kosten für Strom, Gas und Internet. Gesamtkosten somit 380 Euro.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbeliert übergeben, bei Interesse kann das Bett aber drin bleiben. Da würde allerdings ein Aufpreis von 100 Euro hinzukommen, da es noch top erhalten ist. Das liegt aber ganz an dir!
Ansonsten gibt es eine fixe Abstandszahlung von 100 Euro, welche sich aus Küchengeräten, Waschmaschine und allerlei Zeug zusammensetzt, die ich mitfinanziert habe und in der Wohnung verbleiben.
Und nur für den Fall, erwähne in deiner Mail bitte das Wort "Schokoladenkuchen", damit ich weiß, dass du den Text auch gelesen hast.

The room is unfurnished, but if you are interested the bed can stay in. There would be an additional charge of 100 euros, because it is still top. But that's up to you!
Otherwise, there is a fixed payment of 100 euros, which consists of kitchen appliances, washing machine and all sorts of stuff, which I co-financed and will remain in the apartment.
