One street away is a sports field, which is great for jogging and tennis.

Hi, ich bin Paul, 30 Jahre alt, und arbeite Vollzeit im Online-Marketing - meist im Home Office.
Meistens bin ich mehrmals die Woche abends unterwegs oder habe Besuch, habe also kein Problem damit, wenn das bei dir auch so ist. Ich möchte nicht unbedingt eine Zweck-WG gründen, die Zimmertür kann aber natürlich auch zu bleiben.
Ansonsten wäre mir Sauberkeit in Küche und Bad wichtig.
In Absprache mit den Nachbarn kann man hier auch problemlos die ein oder andere Party schmeißen.
Alles weitere dann beim Kennenlernen in der Wohnung. :)

I'm Paul, 30 years old, and work full-time (mostly in home office) in online marketing.
Most of days of the week I'm out or have friends over, so I don't mind if you do the same. I am up for WG-life but the room doors can of course stay closed.
A clean kitchen and bathroom would be important to me.
