Hi guys,
If you just arrived in Berlin and / or urgently need a place to start settling down in the city, this is a perfect room for you. ANMELDUNG is possible.
The room is quite small (11 square meter) but has a bunk bed and is rented furnished. Some of them are mine, but im thinking about leaving them in the room. The kitchen and bathroom is fully equipped.
Its a bit out of the Ringbahn, between Sbahn Storkower Str and Frankfurter Alle, but you get to Friedrichshain in 15 mins by tram and close by is Netto(2min) Lidl(7min), 2 Rewes. (7min).
You will be sharing with 4 other people, they are all nice, but we do not do things much together.
What is important is that you follow the cleaning plan!
I need somebody who can take over my contract starting the 1st of October, but this is negotiable. ( def preferable to move in early October)
