Hi, I am subleting my room while I am leaving Berlin for at least two months because of a project in a different country.
The rent is 480€ warm, everything included, for one month. So two months are 960€ and the deposit is 200€.
It is a two bedroom apartment on Landsberger Allee, next to the Sbhan station.
Apartment is on the third floor and I share it with my friend who is going to be your roommate for a month. She works a lot so she is not home that much.
On the photos there is a lot of my stuff in the room, but of course I will clear the room.
The apartment is near the Sbhan station (Ringbhan S41, S42 & S8) and trams M5, M6 and M8 across the street, maybe a minute walk. And from here it is super easy to get anywhere.
In front of the building there is a really nice Russian supermarket, Rewe, Dm, Aldi, Pharmacy and close by you have two Kauflands.
The area is pretty chill and quiet and the neighbours are friendly.
