Hey everyone, I'm moving out in August and I am looking for someone to take over my room.
We’re looking for someone urgently, the viewing is possible on Sunday 17th July in person or online, up to you.
The room is furnished as you can see in the pictures (apart from the plants), the new Tennant would need to purchase the furniture.
Outside the room you have the kitchen and eating/hangout area. There are two refrigerators, one for each Tennant.
Prerequisite for the room: you need to apply to the waitlist of Studierendenwerk. Please before contacting us make sure that your university is associated with Studierendenwerk.
The apartment is located in Lichtenberg. About two minutes from the bus stop and 2,5 from the tram. Also the Storkower Strasse S-Bahn Station is at less than 10 minutes walking distance or 2 minutes by bus. And Frankfurter Alee station can be reached by tram or 10/15 mins walk.
Right downstairs you can find Rewe and Lidl, and also an amazing späti. If you like Edeka, you can find that too at the station.
Plenty of parks around here for soothing walks.
Important: you must be a student and either already waitlisted on Studierendenwerk or you have to sign up.
The flat is for two people, the other flatmate, who'll stay here, is Michela, from Italy.
She's quiet and busy for the majority of the week days, as she has also a part time job besides uni. We enjoy cracking open a bottle of wine and finish it, while chatting.
We like inviting our friends over and cook some delicious Italian food.
WiFi is in the flatmates room, but can also be individual if you have your own router.
It's important to keep the volume down in the night hours in the common area.
The apartment is situated on the third floor, with access to the elevator.
The laundry room is shared with the entire building and is situated in the basement. Every Tennant is given a laundry card which has to be recharged in order to be able to use the machines.
The monthly rent is 247,5. Rundfunk ist not included, but all other costs and utilities for the apartment are.
The deposit is 277,00 euros.
