Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock im renovierten Altbau und damit besonders hell und freundlich. Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug, dafür ein kostenloses Fitnessprogramm. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß (111qm) und hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer Kuppel und einem Teil, der als Yogaecke genutzt wird. Natürlich kannst du da auch anderen Sport machen oder es für deine Gäste nutzen (im Keller sind noch 2 gute Matratzen). Ansonsten hat das Zimmer ein Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster und eine schöne Küche mit einem ruhigen Balkon, auf dem man im Sommer den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Wohnung ist ansonsten voll ausgestattet: Spül- und Waschmaschine, Grill, Matratzen für Gäste, komplette Küchenausstattung.
Das Zimmer ist 16,5 qm groß und eigentlich von der Grundfläche größer, da es eine Schräge hat, die ich bereits raus gerechnet habe. Es ist voll möbliert mit einem Doppel-Bett (1,80m x 2m), einem Nachtschränkchen, Lampe, Kommode, Stuhl, Teppich, Jalousie, Kleiderständer und Regal. Wenn notwendig, habe ich auch Kissen, Betten und Bezüge für dich da. Auch einen eigenen Fernseher könntest du in deinem Zimmer haben. Das einzige was ich nicht habe, ist ein Schreibtisch. Aber fürs Homeoffice ist die Küche eh der viel schönere Platz.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of an renovated “Altbau” and is bright and friendly. Unfortunately there is no elevator, but on the other hand you get a free fitness program. The apartment is very large (111sqm) and has a large living room with a dome and a part that is used as a yoga corner. Of course you can also do other sports there or use it for your guests (there are 2 good mattresses in the basement). Otherwise, the room has a bathroom with bathtub and window and a nice kitchen with a quiet balcony, where you can enjoy the sunset in summer. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped: dishwasher and washing machine, grill, mattresses for guests, complete kitchen equipment.
Your room is 16.5 square meters and actually larger in terms of its floor space, as it has a slope that I have already calculated. It is fully furnished with a double bed (1.80mx 2m), a bedside cabinet, lamp, chest of drawers, chair, carpet, blinds, clothes rack and shelf. If necessary, I also have pillows, beds and covers for you. You could also have your own television in your room. The only thing I don't have is a desk. But the kitchen is a much nicer place for the home office.

Die Wohnung ist 2 Minuten (zu Fuß) vom S/ U Bahnhof Lichtenberg entfernt und somit sehr gut an das Berliner Verkehrsnetz angebunden.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig. In der Nähe ist die Rummelsburger Bucht (1km) und Friedrichshain (ca. 1,5 km) mit seinen vielen Cafés, Kneipen und Clubs. Aber auch hier vor Ort gibt es eine Kneipe und einige Restaurants (Italiener, Vietnamese) und viele Supermärkte.

The apartment is 2 minutes (on foot) from the S / U train station Lichtenberg and is therefore very well connected to the Berlin transport network.
The location of the apartment is quiet. The Rummelsburger Bucht (1km) and Friedrichshain (approx. 1.5 km) with its many cafés, pubs and clubs are nearby. But here, too, there is a pub and a few restaurants (Italian, Vietnamese) and many supermarkets.

Bei der WG handelt es sich um eine Zweier-WG für Berufstätige. Das Motto der WG: Alles kann, nichts muss. Dazu zählen für mich spontane Grillabende auf dem Balkon, Weintrinken und tiefgründige Gespräche im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer oder gemeinsame Kochabende miteinander oder mit Freunden. Da es sich um eine Berufstätigen-WG handelt, ist es aber auch völlig ok, wenn man am Abend seine Ruhe will, sich nur selbst was zu essen macht und die Netflix-Serie dem WG-Partner vorzieht.
Die Wohnung ist meine Kraftquelle und strahlt viel positive Energie aus. Damit das so bleibt, wünsche ich mir auch ein gutes Miteinander mit dem/ der neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Ich suchte jemanden, der fest im Leben steht und in sich ruht. Ich suche tendenziell eher einen Mann, bin aber auch für eine entspannte Frau zu haben.
Ich selbst stehe fest im Leben, habe einen festen Freundeskreis, viele Hobbies (Yoga, Singen, Chor, Boulder, Wandern, Backpacking, Tauchen, etc.) und arbeite 4 Tage die Woche als Projektleiterin in der Behindertenhilfe, derzeit teilweise im Homeoffice. Außerdem bin ich Yogalehrerin und plane in den kommenden Jahren mehr in diese Richtung zu gehen.
Ansonsten bin ich 36 Jahre alt, offen, lebensfroh, hilfsbereit aber auch tiefschichtig. Ich mag es sauber, aber lass auch gern mal meine Sachen im Wohnzimmer liegen. Ich unternehme gern viel, aber bin genauso gern zuhause.
Eventuell kommt im Laufe des Jahres noch ein Hund dazu. Du solltest also damit kein Problem haben.
Wegen der Reinigung der Wohnung können wir alle 2 Wochen eine Putzkraft kommen lassen oder auch selbst putzen. Je nachdem, ob wir gern putzen. Mir ist die Zeit oft zu schade dafür.

The WG is a two-person WG for working people. The motto of the flat share: Everything can, nothing has to. For me, this includes spontaneous barbecues on the balcony, drinking wine and in-depth conversations in the cozy living room or cooking evenings together or with friends. Since this is a working flat share, it is also completely okay if you want some peace and quiet in the evening, just make food for yourself and prefer the Netflix series by yourself.
The apartment is my source of strength and radiates a lot of positive energy. In order for it to stay that way, I would also like to have a good relationship with the new roommate. I am looking for someone who is firm in his life and at peace. I tend to look for a man, but I am also available for a relaxed woman.
I myself am firmly established in life, have a solid group of friends, many hobbies (yoga, singing, choir, bouldering, hiking, backpacking, diving, etc.). I’m working 4 days a week as a project manager in a project for disabled people who are also refugees, currently partly in home office. I am also a yoga teacher and I’m planning to go more in this direction in the coming years.
Otherwise I am 36 years old, open, cheerful, helpful but also deeply layered. I like it clean, but I also like to leave my things in the living room. I enjoy doing a lot, but I also enjoy being at home.
A dog may be added in the course of the year. So you shouldn't have a problem with that.
To clean the apartment, we can have a cleaner come every 2 weeks or do the cleaning ourselves. Depending on whether you or we like cleaning. The time is often too good for me.
