-The room is fully furnished with a bed and cupboards, a desk for studying and a closet.
-It is bright, very cozy and has high a high ceiling, as well as two big windows.
-The apartment is also completly renovated and furnished with all the necessities. The right side has direct sunlight and it is very bright during the day.
- The contract is officially till the 31 December 2021 but can be shortened or prolonged based on the tenant´s necessities
The U+S Bahn Lichtenberg is 2 minutes away on foot and is perfectly connected to the rest of Berlin.
The supermarket Penny is three minutes away on foot.
Edeka (also open on Sundays), Rossman and the pharmacy are all inside the S+U Bahn Station and are five minutes away. There are multiple restaurants and pizzerias in the area.
You will live with Dorothea (30) from Greece and Michael (28) from Germany.
Both work during the week (Dorothea does home-office) and are very busy during the day, but we still have our chit chats in the kitchen in the evenings and weekends. If you work in home-office/you are a student doing your online studies and you need a quiet space it is also the perfect place for you!
Online visits are preferred due to the current Corona situation, but a personal visit is also possible.
Once you have seen the house and you are interested in moving in, I will put you in contact directly with the owner of the house (Spoony GmbH). You can also get in contact with a personal spokesperson that will answer any other questions. They will then send you an email with the written contract and all the information you need for the payment of the deposit (Kaution). Once you have paid the deposit, the room is officially yours and you can go sign the contract at their office.
