Die Wohnung hat einen tollen 10 qm Südbalkon von der Küche abgehend, ein großes helles Badezimmer und im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein super tolles Tagescafé mit leckeren Waffeln und gutem Kaffe.

Its super sunny and the apartment has a nice balcony next to the kitchen . Bathroom with sunlight and a delicious café in the same house with fresh waffles and good coffee !
Zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt von der S-bahn Station "Nöldnerplatz" . Dort Fährt die S7,S5, S75 und diverse Busse.
Eine Station vom Nöldnerplatz entfernt ist der Ostkreuz und von dort aus kommst du mit der Ringbahn überall in weniger als 20 Minuten hin.
Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und grade bei schönem Wetter ist die Rummelsburger Bucht wunderschön für einen Spaziergang ( ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß).
The s-Bahn station Nöldnerplatz (S5,S7,S75) is only 2 mn away from where you have excellent connections to get everywhere in about 20 mn.
There are many Shopping possibilities around and also the beautiful "Rummelsburger Bucht" where you can hang out and enjoy the water !
Mein liebe Mitbewohnerin Nasrin (33), schreibt gerade ihre Masterarbeit in Psychologie und arbeitet Vollzeit, dh es wäre schön wenn du vielleicht auch etwas zutun hast für deine Zeit hier oder zumindest nicht 24/7 in Partystimmung bist :-D
Ansonsten kann man es sich im Sommer sehr gut auf dem Balkon gehen lassen, wo wir sehr gerne mal ein Feierabend-Getränk zu uns nehmen :-)
Falls du Pflanzen genauso gerne magst wie ich und du vielleicht in der Zeit meine Pflanzen gießen könntest wäre das DEFINITIV ein Vorteil :-D
