It is a student dormitory.
The room rent is 360€ for the whole period. Room will be almost empty (only bed, table and chair, night table, mirror and two shelves will be here for you), so you can bring all your stuff and feel like its totally your room. I will also leave some cutlery for you and dishes :) if u want i can leave you also bed linen set :)
The flat is in Lichtenberg, on a 3rd floor, there are 2 more neighbors (girls from Belarus and Egypt) in the flat. There is a kitchen with a new oven. The room is 14 square metres. The shower is awesome here, unlimited and very hot water 😄 the heating is also unlimited and strong (but can be regulated manually if its too hot for you).
the transport system is quite nice here: trams go every 2-3 minutes and the tram stop is 4 minutes from the flat. It takes approximately 40 minutes to get to the city center. If you have any more questions, don’t hesitate to text me :) I will try to answer everyone!
The flatmates are two girls, one from Belarus, another one from Egypt. Girls are very polite, the atmosphere in the flat is quite and calm. Its a “Ziel-WG”, we don’t communicate much, just everyone minds their own business.
