Das Zimmer liegt direkt am S-/U-bahnhof Lichtenberg und ist somit ideal angebunden. In 10 minuten kann man zum Alexanderplatz durchfahren. Mit der SBahn kann man zur HU (15min) oder auch TU Berlin (25min) durchfahren. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 Quadratmeter groß ruhig und sehr gemütlich. Möbiliar ist komplett vorhanden in Form eines Ikea Bettes mit zwei Schubläden, welches auch zu einem Doppelbett ausgezogen werden kann, einem großen Ikea Pax Schrank mit Inneneinrichtung, sowie einem Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl. Die Küche ist nagelneu und umfasst einen Induktionsherd. Auch das Bad ist groß und neu renoviert.

The room is located directly at the S-/U-bahnhof Lichtenberg and is therefore ideally connected. In 10 minutes you can drive through to Alexanderplatz. With the train you can go to the HU (15min) or TU Berlin (25min). The room is about 18 square meters large quiet and very cozy. Möbiliar is completely available in the form of an Ikea bed with two drawers, which can also be extended to a double bed, a large Ikea Pax wardrobe with interior, as well as a desk and office chair. The kitchen is brand new and includes an induction stove. The bathroom is also large and newly renovated.
Top Verkehrsanbindung zur U- und Sbahn und direkt am S-/U-Bahnhof Lichtenberg (U5, S5,S7,S75,
TRAM, Bus). Mit der U5 kann in 10 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz und in 15 Minuten zum Hautpbahnhof ohne Umstieg durchfahren. Da die U5 Strecke 2021 ausgebaut wurde, gelangt man mit dieser auch direkt zum Ubhf Unter den Linden in ca. 12 Minuten (direkt an der HU). Unten finden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte wie Rewe, Edeka, Penny (jeweils 2-5 Minuten Gehweg), sowie Drogerien DM und Rossmann.

With the U5 can go through in 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and in 15 minutes to Hautpbahnhof without changing. Since the U5 route was expanded in 2021, you can also get directly to the Ubhf Unter den Linden in about 12 minutes (directly at the HU). Downstairs are numerous supermarkets such as Rewe, Edeka, Penny (each 2-5 minutes walk), and drugstores DM and Rossmann.
Bisher ist in der WG eine sehr nette Mitbewohnerin, welche an der HTW studiert. Es gibt einen Putzplan und es wird sehr auf Ordnung, Sauberkeit, und Ruhe geachtet.

A very nice roommate, who studies at the HTW is currently living in the WG. There is a cleaning schedule and there is a lot of attention paid to order, cleanliness, and quiet.
