Hallo zusammen,
da ich vom 26.12.2022 bis 31.03.2023 nicht in Berlin sein werde, vermiete ich in diesem Zeitraum mein großes, geräumiges Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ruhig, da es zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet ist und bereits möbliert: Bett, Schrank, Tisch und Sofa bleiben enthalten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahnstation (U5) Magdalenenstraße entfernt, doch trotz guter Anbindung ist die Wohnung in durch die Nebenstraße ruhig gelegen. Der Hinterhof bietet Platz für das Abstellen des Fahrrads. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl und Rewe sind fußläufig schnell erreicht.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Suzy wird weiterhin in der WG wohnen bleiben. Zusammen führen wir ein entspanntes und dennoch lustiges WG-Leben. Wir sind beide sauber und ordentlich, dennoch lieben wir es zu kochen und sind für Späße gern zu haben - wenn du das von dir auch behaupten kannst, dann melde dich gern :)
