Das Zimmer liegt im Bezirk Lichtenberg und ist ideal a n den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden (5min Fußweg). In 20 Minuten kann man ohne Umstieg zum Alexanderplatz durchfahren. Daher ist die Lage für Studenten aller Unis und Hochschulen günstig gelegen (ca. 20-30min zur HU, TU, Charite, HTW,...). Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 Quadratmeter groß ruhig und sehr gemütlich. Möbiliar ist komplett vorhanden in Form eines Ikea Bettes mit zwei Schubläden, welches auch zu einem Doppelbett ausgezogen werden kann, einem großen Ikea Pax Schrank mit Inneneinrichtung, sowie einem Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl. Die Küche ist nagelneu und umfasst einen Induktionsherd. Auch das Bad ist groß und neu renoviert.

The room is located in the district of Lichtenberg and is ideally connected to public transport (5min walk). In 20 minutes you can get to Alexanderplatz without changing trains. Therefore, the location is convenient for students of all universities and colleges (about 20-30min to HU, TU, Charite, HTW,...). The room is about 20 square meters large quiet and very cozy. Furniture is completely available in the form of an Ikea bed with two drawers, which can also be extended to a double bed, a large Ikea Pax wardrobe with interior, as well as a desk and office chair. The kitchen is brand new and includes an induction stove. The bathroom is also large and newly renovated.
Top Verkehrsanbindung zur TRAM M5, M8, M17 (Haltestelle Freienwalder Straße). Mit der M5 gelangt man in 20 min zum Alexanderplatz von dort aus mit der S/Ubahn flexibel zu allen Universitäten. Unten finden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte wie Rewe, Edeka, Penny (jeweils 2-5 Minuten Gehweg), sowie Drogerien DM und Rossmann.

Top transport links with the TRAM M5, M8, M17 (Freienwalder Straße stop). With the M5 you get in 20 min to Alexanderplatz from there with the S/Ubahn flexible to all universities. Downstairs are numerous supermarkets such as Rewe, Edeka, Penny (each 2-5 minutes walk), as well as drugstores DM and Rossmann.
Bisher sind in der WG zwei sehr nette Mitbewohnerinnen, welche an der HTW studieren. Es gibt einen Putzplan und es wird sehr auf Ordnung, Sauberkeit, und Ruhe geachtet.

Two very nice roommates, who study at the HTW are currently living in the WG. There is a cleaning schedule and there is a lot of attention paid to order, cleanliness, and quiet.
