Hello everyone, we are searching a person for our chilled, respectful and friendly well located WG in Lichtenberg. The room is very light and nice. It is furnished so you can move in and feel good from the beginning on. As I bought a new bed and a matress I want to leave it in the wg and sell it to you for 250€ everything else was already there.
The location is very good. The train station to U- and S-Bahn is 5min. by foot away and brings you in around 7min to Ostbahnhof and around 20min to Hauptbahnhof. There are divers Supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl, Penny,Edeka) around in the same way as Spätis, Dönershops, post offices, Rossmann, etc. Also there are some nice bars right around the corner (with kicker and pinp pong table;)) Besides being so well located our street is very quiet and very calm.
You are going to live in the flat with two very friendly and chilled people that respect each other. They both work and enjoy their free time. They are always up to a good talk. Sometimes we went to grab a beer together which was always a lot of fun and both of them are looking forward to continue doing so.
The room is free from beginning of september. The rent is 575€ in total and the deposit values three monthly rents. We are looking forward to hear from you via a message of WG-Gesucht!:)
