Wir sind Eduardo aus Brasilien 32 und Till aus Düsseldorf 27, arbeiten beide Vollzeit und begeistern uns in unserer freien Zeit unter der Woche vor allem für gesellige Abende am WG Tisch (und hoffentlich bald deiner Couch) und abendliche Ausflüge an die nahegelegenen Bars. An unseren Wochenenden unternehmen wir oftmals gemeinsame Unternehmungen in der Stadt oder genießen das Leben.

Idealerweise bist du ebenfalls berufstätig und kannst dich gut damit arrangieren, dass wir oft aus dem Home Office arbeiten und somit wochentags ein eher ruhiges Zusammenleben vorherrscht. An freien Tagen hingegen sind wir unternehmungslustig und würden begrüßen, wenn du Interesse an gemeinsamen Aktivitäten mitbringst. Uns ist sehr wichtig, keine zweckmäßige Wohngemeinschaft zu sein, daher legen wir ebenfalls Wert darauf, das Zimmer langfristig und unbefristet zu vermieten. Gleichwohl wissen wir beide die Privatsphäre des Anderen zu respektieren und Zeit für uns selbst zu haben.

We are Eduardo from Brazil 32 and Till from Düsseldorf 27, we both work full-time and in our free time during the week we are particularly enthusiastic about social evenings at the shared table (and hopefully your couch soon) and evening trips to the nearby bars. On our weekends we often do things together in the city or just enjoy life.

Ideally, you are also employed and can come to terms with the fact that we often work from the home office and therefore live together rather quietly on weekdays. On the other hand, we are enterprising on days off and would welcome if you are interested in joint activities. It is very important to us not to be a functional flat-sharing community, which is why we also attach great importance to renting out the room long-term and for an indefinite period. Nevertheless, we both know how to respect each other's privacy and to have time for ourselves.

Da unser alter Mitbewohner den Großteil der Einrichtung gestellt hat, wäre es praktisch wenn du eine Couch und einen Staubsauger besitzt.

Du kannst das Bett des Vormieters bei Bedarf übernehmen.

Die Nebenkosten sind geschätzt (aktuell zahlen wir alle 670 Euro monatlich), GEZ und Internet inbegriffen. Dies kann sich allerdings auf Grund der aktuellen Weltgeschehnisse ändern.

Till ist der Hauptmieter.

Da wir viele Standardnachrichten erhalten und jemanden suchen der die Anzeige zumindest gelesen hat, schreibe als erstes in deine Nachricht vor dem ersten Grußwort das Wort Toaster.

Dein Nachricht sollte kurz was über dich erzählen, (Beruf, Hobbys....).

Since our old roommate provided most of the furniture, it would come in handy if you had a couch and a vacuum cleaner.

You can take over the previous owner's bed if you want.

The additional costs are estimated (currently we all pay 670 euros per month), GEZ and internet included. However, this may change due to current world events.

Since we receive a lot of standard messages and are looking for someone who has at least read the ad, first write the word toaster in your message before the first greeting.

Your message should briefly tell something about you (profession, hobbies....).
