The room is about 16m2 and faces east and has a balcony.
The room is furnished. It has a sofa to sleep on, a wardrobe (doors will be installed), shelves and a TV and curtains (to be installed in the next two days). The flat has a washing machine and dishwasher and is also freshly renovated. The house has a cellar, so you can leave some things there if you want to.
The flat is located on the border of Friedrichshain and Lichtenberg. A 7-minute walk from Landsberger Alle S und Storkower S. Five minutes walk from EDEKA, REWE, FitX, ALDI, DM.
The area is quiet and peaceful, but you can quickly reach the city centre.
It is important for me to keep the place clean. Not to leave dirty dishes or crumbs on the table. It is also important to make a cleaning schedule for the common areas. I am moving in on my own, so the flat seems to be in a semi-finished state right now, but it already has everything to live in. In the first week of October, I will buy and install all the remaining necessary items.
Since I work full-time, a night's sleep is important to me. Most of my time I work from the office, but sometimes I can work from home. In the near future, I plan to get a cat, so a pet-loving person is very welcome. Cooking is a passion of mine, so it would be cool to have occasional dinners together or to cook together. I also speak German and Russian, you can send in your applications in those languages.

At the moment, I'm looking for someone in the WG life in the first place, who has a desire for a fairly quiet, relaxed WG, in which everyone feels comfortable and safe, rather than someone who is planning grad a party-hungry Berlin phase. If that fits, social evenings and times are all the nicer!
