Helles Zimmer mit Blick über die Dächer Berlins

Vermietet wird ein helles Zimmer im 15 Stock - also ganz oben mit einem wunderbaren Blick über Berlin und Brandenburg. Ich lebe hier super gerne. Doe Wohnung würde vor 2 Jahren renoviert. Die Einrichtung ist in entsprechendem Zustand. 3 mal im Monat kommt eine Reinigungskraft für die gemeinsam genutzten Räume. Wenn es passt, kann auch entfristet werden.

ZIMMER:
Das Zimmer selbst hat 10,5 m2. Die restlichen 10,5m2 entfallen auf die gemeinsam genutzten Räume (Küche, Flur und Bad).

Das Zimmer ist frisch gestrichen bei Einzug und kann auf Wunsch mit Schreibtisch, Schrank, Fernseher, PC Monitor und Doppelbett (1,6m) gemietet werden - ohne Aufpreis. Das Zimmer ist mit 2 Fenstern ausgestattet und lichtdurchflutetet.

ÖPNV /EINKAUFEN:
3 Buslinien sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Sbahn geht's mit dem Bus oder dem Rad in 8 Minuten - zu Fuß vermutlich 15 Minuten. Direkt ums Eck ist der Volkspark Lichtenrade und ein Edeka. In 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Rad auch bei rewe, Lidl oder Aldi und der Post. Die Gegend ist meiner Meinung nach eher ruhig. Also von innenstadttrubel und Partytouristen wird man hier verschont.

DIE WOHNUNG / AUSSTATTUNG:
Insg. hat die Wohnung 76m2 und ist in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Sie ist voll ausgestattet also Besteck, Kochgeschirr, Garderobe, Spül- und Waschmaschine, schuhschrank, Küche, mixer, Toaster, wasserkocher, Grill, etc. Alles da was man so braucht. Das Bad hat Tageslicht und ist geräumig und verfügt über eine schöne Einrichtung. WiFi und alle Nebenkosten sind im Mietpreis inklusive.

I rent a bright room on the 15th floor - so right at the top with a wonderful view over Berlin and Brandenburg. I really like living here. 3 times a month a cleaner comes for the shared rooms. If it fits, it is also possible to remove the time limit. ROOMS:

The room itself is 10.5 square meters. The remaining 10.5 m2 are for the common rooms (kitchen, hall and bathroom). The room is freshly painted when you move in and can be rented with a desk, wardrobe, TV, PC monitor and double bed (1.6m) - at no extra charge. The room is equipped with 2 windows and is flooded with light. ÖPNV /SHOPPING:

3 bus lines are within 3 minutes walking distance. To the S-Bahn it takes 8 minutes by bus or bike - walking time probably 15 minutes. Right around the corner is the Volkspark Lichtenrade and an Edeka. In 5 minutes by bike you can also reach rewe, Lidl or Aldi and the post office. The area is rather quiet in my opinion. So one is spared from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and party tourists. THE FLAT / EQUIPMENT:

Insg. has the apartment 76m2 and is in a very neat condition. It is fully equipped with cutlery, cooking utensils, wardrobe, dishwasher and washing machine, shoe cupboard, kitchen, mixer, toaster, kettle, grill, etc. Everything there what one needs so. The bathroom has daylight and is spacious and nicely furnished. WiFi and all additional costs are included in the rent.
