Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss/Souterrain einer Gründerzeit-Villa und wurde vor ein paar Jahren komplett saniert. Dein Teil der Wohnung liegt ruhig und abgetrennt von unseren Räumen und kann über einen separaten Hauseingang und Flur betreten werden. Du hast dein eigenes Badezimmer mit WC, Dusche, Fenster und Fußbodenheizung. Dein Zimmer hat zwei schöne, helle Fenster, die zum Vordergarten rausgehen, ein Hochbett mit zwei Betten, einen Kleiderschrank und einen Schreibtisch. Die mit allem ausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank) und das große Wohnzimmer würden wir teilen. Internet-, Heiz- und Stromkosten sind in der Miete bereits enthalten. Gerne kannst du auch die Waschmaschine nutzen.
The apartment is located on the ground floor/souterrain of a Wilhelminian-style villa and was completely renovated a few years ago. Your part of the apartment is quiet and separate from our rooms and can be accessed via a separate entrance and hallway. You have your own bathroom with WC, shower, window and floor heating. Your room has two beautiful, bright windows that look out onto the front garden, you have a bunk bed with two beds, closet and a desk. We would share the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer) and the large living room. Internet, heating and electricity costs are already included in the rent. You are also welcome to use the washing machine.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer grünen, ruhigen und schönen Gegend im Südwesten von Berlin und ist mit öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Bus und S-Bahn) super angebunden. Mit der S1 ist man in etwa 20 Minuten am Potsdamer Platz, mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten an der FU Berlin. Innerhalb von 5-10 Gehminuten findest du Supermärkte, Ärzte oder Imbisse/Restaurants.
The apartment is located in a green, quiet and beautiful area in the southwest of Berlin and is very well connected by public transportation (bus and S-Bahn). You can reach Potsdamer Platz in around 20 minutes on the S1 and the FU Berlin in 10 minutes by bike. You can find supermarkets, doctors or snack bars/restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.
Wir sind eine internationale Familie mit zwei Kindern (2 und 4 Jahre) und vermieten einen Teil unserer Wohnung im schönen Lichterfelde West im Südwesten von Berlin. Wir nutzen den Teil der Wohnung aktuell nicht und freuen uns neue Menschen kennenzulernen und aufzunehmen. Wir lieben gutes Essen und reisen gerne und sind zugleich recht busy mit unseren Jobs und den Kindern. Wir freuen uns auf offene und freundliche Menschen, die Lust haben, sich auf diese besondere WG einzulassen und die unsere Wohnung ordentlich und sauber behandeln.
We are an international family with two children (2 and 4 years) and rent out a part of our apartment in the beautiful Lichterfelde West in the southwest of Berlin. We are currently not using the part of the apartment and are looking forward to meeting and welcoming new people. We love good food and traveling and at the same time are quite busy with our jobs and children. We are looking forward to meeting open and friendly people who would like to get involved in this special flat share and who will keep our apartment tidy and clean.
Wir finden WG-Castings schrecklich und versuchen den Prozess so einfach wie möglich zu halten. Schreibt uns einfach eine Nachricht, wenn ihr Interesse an dem WG-Gesuch habt. We think WG castings are terrible and try to keep the process as simple as possible. Just send us a message if you are interested in the flat. It helps us if you could briefly introduce yourself (and your background) and what you're planning to do in Berlin.
