I am subrenting my spacious room (19 square meter) in a beautiful Albauwohnung in Lichterfelde West from 8th of February until 18th of February.
The rent for this time is 200 Euro plus 100 Euro deposit/ Kaution (the 100 Euro you get back after your stay).
The apartment is big (210 qm), we also call it the "Drakeschloss" (Drake Castle) and you share it with 5 wonderful flatmates. You can chill in our big living room (32qm), there is a small library, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Parks in walking distance, Grunewald and Teltowkanal reachable in 10 min by bike, Schlachtensee 10 minutes by train.
Since S-Bahn station "Lichterfelde West" is just around the corner, you are also well connected to the city center.
